- Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery (as a specific fabric may be required to have shipped in, etc) for your product to be just right. 4-6 weeks is not the norm, and you will usually recieve your product more quickly, depending on how many orders are in queue.
- Because of the nature of custom clothing and horse equipment (meaning you've ordered something in a specific size with adjustments), there will be absolutely no monetary refunds. We are more than willing to work with you to get sizing just right, and may offer a replacement, but because there is a very select market for "custom" items (special sizes and measurements), we will offer absolutely no refunds.
- If you are ordering a product to be shipped outside of Canada & the US (ie Mexico, Europe, etc), please contact us before placing an order to familiarize yourself with our overseas shipping policies.
